Four steps from nothing to a character in the world. The launcher is an early build, so expect rough edges.
What you need
- your own copy of the Ashes of Creation Alpha-2 client. Project: Arise does not ship, host or share any game files
- Windows or Linux
- an email address, to confirm your account
Steps
- Install your Alpha-2 client. Use the copy you already have. Nothing about it has to be changed by hand.
- Create an account. Register with a username, an email address and a password, then confirm your email address with the link we send you.
- Download the launcher. Sign in, then get it for Windows or Linux. The download is only offered to signed-in accounts.
- Play. Start the launcher and sign in with the same account. It starts the server and the client together. Press one button, create a character, enter the world.
